The school was established on 6th January , 2003. The first Principal was Mrs. Akhuemonkhan Beatrice Omoyeme with fourteen teaching and three non teaching member of staff.The school had a population of about one thousand students.
There was acute shortage of classrooms as at the inception of the school and even teachers had to make do with few number of furniture available
Gradually, the population of students has increased to 1945 with 37 teaching and 3 non teaching staff under the headship of Mrs. Ajala Faidat Oluwayemisi
