No, polytechnics are not under ASUU. They are under a different body called ASUP. As such, each time there is a call for strike by ASUU, Polytechnics do not join them.
The only time Polytechnics go on strike is when it is coming from her National Body, ASUP (Academic Staff Union of Polytechnics).
