The Head of Public Affairs and Protocols (PAP) Dr. Fabian Benjamin, while answering journalists’ questions in Abuja about the conduct standards required of UTME candidates as well as the quality of preparation for the test, stated ” It is the responsibility of the board to conduct UTME is, in addition to being an instrument for assessing the ability of candidates, is also used to determine their performance within a group of students who are aspiring to higher education.”
