About NNG Scholarships 2022
Nigeria LNG Limited remains focused on education and human capital development as two areas that are that are of particular importance since both of these areas are crucial and vital to the development of our nation.
The Nigerian LNG limited scholarship program was launched in 1998 in order to aid in education for people from host communities. Currently, the program is expanding its activities to Nigerians of all ages.
That means that even if don’t belong to an oil-producing host community, you are still eligible to apply and receive the money to help your studies.
It is documented that since the beginning of the Nigerian LNG Limited Scholarship Program, about 283 undergraduates from various universities across Nigeria have benefited from the program.
Nigerian LNG restricted scholarships has now grown to by 600 million dollars to support its goals and goals.
NLNG Scholarships Application Deadline

1. NLNG Scholarships 2022 – Post-Primary

Scholarship Eligibility for NLNG Scholarships 2022
Anyone interested in becoming a beneficiary must be able to meet the following conditions:
- Be an indigene of one of the NLNG community hosts.
- Be a primary pupil in grades 5 or 6.
- Give the primary five results of their test.
- It is required to provide an attestation document that is signed and stamped by the head of their primary school (contact phone number for the head of school to be added).
- Send an indigenous confirmation letter with the signature of an official from the CDC Chairperson or the Chief of the area of his/her residence.
- You must provide proof of identity from your local government council.
- Do not be a child or ward of staff at Nigeria LNG Limited.
2. NLNG Scholarships 2022: Undergraduates
This was planned as an integral component of our educational intervention program to the residents of the community in 1998. It was then made available to all of Nigeria in 2003.
A total of 3,416 students from various universities across Nigeria benefitted of the program. N768.9m ($2.5130m) is earmarked for the project.
The advent of web-based apps and the use of social networks (Facebook) to share data in 2012 have made the process of selecting more cost-effective, efficient and effective and raised awareness about the program.
This award amount is N150 1,000 annually for the life of each recipient. The scheme was revamped to increase the amount of beneficiaries from 150 to 300 as of the beginning of the academic year 2018/2019.
Eligibility for NLNG Scholarships 2022
Anyone who is a potential beneficiary should:
- Have excellent or very excellent West Africa School Certificate (WASC) or National Examination Council (NECO) result in ONE sitting
- Get the highest score on taking the Joint Admissions & Matriculation Board (JAMB) exam.
- You must be a fully-certified Full-Time Year-One student at one of the Nigerian universities when applying.
- You cannot be a recipient of another scholarship award from other companies or organizations.
- Do not be a spouse, child or ward, or an immediate relative of staff at Nigeria LNG Limited.

- You can apply for provisional admission to certain UK universities to pursue one of the following subjects: Engineering, Geosciences, Environmental Sciences, Management Sciences, Information Technology, Law and Medicine
- Attained a minimum of 2nd Class Upper Degree in a related field of study
- You have completed your NYSC program.
- A minimum of 8.0 IELTS
- Not more than 30 years old
- Be Nigerian nationals resident in Nigeria
- Documents to prove identity from their LGAs
- You must have an international passport that is valid for at the least one year starting in September 2018,
- Candidates can obtain the tier-4 visa after having been successful
- You must prove that you can travel in September 2018, if they are selected
