In Nigeria, this is the most important military institution. The Ministry of Defence administers the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA).
They accept applications for the Nigerian Army, Air Force, and Navy. As a result, this is a three-in-one Army university.
The university is notable for training many Nigerian Army, Navy, and Air Force officers. It began in 1964 with undergraduate programs for officers in training and continued until 1985.
An SSCE holder can apply for university admission using the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) tests, often known as the Unverified Territory Matriculation Examination (UTME) (UTME).
Unlike other traditional colleges, where years of study vary by subject or department, it typically takes 5 years to finish any of the university’s recognized courses.
2. Nigerian Police Academy (NPA/POLAC), Wudil- Kano State
The Nigeria Police Academy is the Nigeria Police Force’s university. The force is in charge of the university.
NPA accepts individuals who have been trained not just to be civilian graduates, but also to be relevant to the force’s missions. Wudil, Kano, Kano State is the location of the university.

The Nigerian Army College of Education (NACOE) arose from the Nigerian Army School of Education (NASE) Ilorin.
It was founded in 1970 as a training branch of the Nigerian Army Education Corps (NAEC) and was tasked with educating illiterate soldiers recruited into the army during Nigeria’s civil war.
Both NCE and Degree programs are offered at the college.

7. Nigerian Navy School of Finance and Logistics College, Oweeinta, Abia State
The Nigerian Navy Finance and Logistics College (NNFLC) Owerrinta, formerly known as the Nigerian Navy Supply School, was founded in 1876.
As the Nigerian Navy Logistics Training Centre, it was first established in Calabar and later relocated to Sapele in KV.
The school was moved to its current location in Owerrinta in KM.
It was commissioned on October 7, KM. On May 15, 2013, the Nigerian Navy Finance and Logistics College (NNFLC) was given its current name.

The Nigerian Navy School of Health Sciences, Offa (NNSHS), previously the Nigerian Navy Medical Staff Training School (MSTS), was founded in NNS QUORRA in 1984.
This was because of a desire to localize professional courses in the NN because of the country’s economic slump.
They conceived the concept for the school in 1982, but it did not become a reality until 1984.
