An interview is a two-way process. It is a dialogue. They are evaluating your suitability. However, you are evaluating if this is a group and organization with which you wish to associate.
Practice is crucial, so do it now! Have dummy questions posed to you by others and get experience replying to them. If you don’t have a companion to practice with, speak to a mirror.
Remember that a corporation is at its finest during the interview. During this period, stay alert for warning signs and consider what it might be like to work there.
