The University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) administration, has announced the cut-off score for the admissions process for the academic year 2022–2023.
The post-UTME screening process is only open to applicants who picked UNN in the most recent Universities Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and received a score of 180 or higher.

The University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) has many applicants, hence the admissions procedure is difficult. The higher a candidate’s jam scores, the better their chances of admission.
UNN Admission Screening
In a week or two, the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) organizes its admission screening activities.
Typically, it comprises two phases. Therefore, students who apply to the institution to attend classes must take part in the pre-screening process after they released it.
They need only a printout of your JAMB registration and your SSCE results for the pre-screening activity.
2. It is crucial that the candidate arrive early and find the screening location quickly. According to their JAMB scores and corresponding SSCE results, candidates will be screened.
3. Following the potential release of the admission lists is the second stage of screening. Candidates who have earned admission will receive an invitation for the second round of screening.
4. All documents, including Original copies of their educational qualifications (Statements of Results/Certificates).
N/B: Cases of awaiting results will NOT be accepted.
5. Birth Certification/Age Declaration.
6. A letter of good conduct from your Village Head or a responsible member of your
community/or civil servant not below Grade Level 10 or equivalent in the private sector.
7. Certificate of Local Government of origin; and this notification of admission status
slip.
General JAMB UNN Cut off Mark for Admission 2022
The official JAMB cutoff grade for admission to all Nigerian universities is 180; polytechnics require 120, and institutes of education require 100. Universities can, however, marginally alter the passing score for specific courses.
UNN is likely to raise the cutoff mark for professional programs like law, medicine, or pharmacy to at least 200.
Please take note that the university may choose not to disclose this increase if it occurs. A select group of university students can only reveal it to you.
How to Calculate UNN Cut off Mark POST-UTME Aggregate
It is crucial to remember that both JAMB and POST must take UTME into account when calculating your UNN post-UTME aggregate score. POST UTME receives 40% whereas JAMB receives 60%.
0.6 must multiply your JAMB Score. Write the response once you have it somewhere.
Considering this, multiply your POST-UTME score by 0.4 and note the result.
The final step is to add the outcomes of the computations you performed before to arrive at your UNN POST-UTME aggregate.
