2. Create a Portal Account or Login

If the email is nowhere to be seen, it may have ended up in your spam folder.
You should have mail from the INEC CVR Portal in your email app.
To go back to the sign-in page you previously saw, open it and click the link inside.

1. BioData: name, date of birth, gender, occupation, address, NIN, and nationality.
2. Additional information: level of education, disability, maiden name.
3. Residence: country of residence, state of residence, LGA or city of residence.
4. Birth information: country of birth, state of birth, LGA or city of birth.
5. Origin information: country of origin, state of origin, LGA or city of residence, place of origin (town or village)
6. Polling unit: This is information about the state, local government and area you want to vote in.
There is space for supporting papers like your passport or national identity card at the bottom of the page.
Although it is optional, this step makes it simpler to verify your identity, which speeds up the verification process.
It also enables INEC to connect your database profile to other databases.

4. Upload Photographs

Click “Choose File” to access your camera to upload your photos.
Click “Use Photo” after you snap each selfie, and it will be automatically resized and posted.
Make sure the pictures are well-lit and clear. The next step is now ready for you to take.
5. Schedule an Appointment
The last step is to set up a convenient appointment date to have your biometric data taken.
