- For the program, all candidates must be available from June 1 through August 7.
- All applicants must be willing to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
National Geographic International Magazines Internship
The International Publications Intern works with the International Media Alliance team to manage, help, and advise approved editions of National Geographic magazines all around the world.
The International Magazines Intern will learn about the magazine production process, the present global media industry, and international business communications while assisting the International Media Alliance team.
By sending rights review, estimate, and payment requests to the rights team for execution, you may have a better understanding of photographic rights and clearance techniques.
Update weekly Best Practices deck for foreign magazine licensees; have a better grasp of PPT and publishing business/industry trends.
Compile production files and write editorial updates for international magazine licensees; develop written communication skills, learn new digital file systems, and get a better grasp of the publishing process.
